So, what's this place all about? Not much. It's just a place for me to make pages about stuff I like. So, then, what kind of stuff do I like? Well, I'm a middle aged nerd. I like middle aged nerd stuff. Robotech got me into anime back in 1985. I lived in one of the few TV markets that got the rest of Harmony Gold's releases, so I also grew up with Captain Harlock and the Queen of a Thousand Years, Galaxy Express 999 movies, and so on. Bought my first Newtype magazine in 1988. These days, a lot of anime just isn't visually or thematically appealing to me, but I do still love that old stuff set in space.

Another big one for me is "old tech", broadly speaking. Yes, I'm a retrocomputer nerd and have a pretty decent collection of such. I'm also big on keeping old things going rather than buying new "better" ones. I still have 2 Zunes. I prefer to buy my music as elpees with digital downloads, or at least CD if vinyl isn't available. I drive a car from the 80s, it's rock solid and I can fix it myself. I'm planning a full restomod on it, in fact.

Maybe the best part of this page, though, is Paparinko Monogatari, Hisashi Eguchi's infamous lost media classic from the mid 80s. I have it, I'm scanlating it, and it's gonna be available right here.
